PREMIUM HOLIDAY CLUB – MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Service Provider and Definition The provider of the Premium Holiday Club service is TimeshareGlobalSolutions Limited (“Service Provider”, “Premium Holiday Club”). Premium Holiday Club is a membership and benefit programme that offers its members benefits and services related to travel, the utilisation, rental, and resale of timeshare weeks. These membership terms define the content, membership levels, rights, and obligations of Premium Holiday Club membership.
Membership and Target Group Premium Holiday Club membership is intended for timeshare owners and individuals who wish to utilise timeshare systems and travel benefits in Finland and abroad. Membership is personal and is registered in the member’s name. Membership may be linked to a timeshare week in accordance with separate agreements and practices.
Upon joining, the member also accepts the currently valid terms of use of the Vaihtolomat.fi service and the Lomahuuto.fi service.
At the Bronze and Gold membership levels, the details of a maximum of two (2) owner/member persons may be linked to the same membership number.
At the Platinum membership level, individual login credentials to the member website may additionally be created for up to four (4) adult family members under the same membership number.
Membership Levels and Prices Premium Holiday Club has three membership levels:
3.1 Bronze – 24 months

3.2 Gold – 60 months
Price: €3,680
Annual membership fee: €89/year Includes:
Extra week entitlement: 2 times/year
Access to accommodation and flight search service exclusive to Premium members – hotels, apartments, and flights at member prices
30% discount on Lomahuuto.fi advertisement fees
60 months free membership in the Vaihtolomat.fi service
150 holiday credits to the Vaihtolomat.fi wallet
3.3 Platinum – Lifetime
Price: €8,900
Annual membership fee: €89/year Includes:
Extra week entitlement: 3 times/year
Access to accommodation and flight search service exclusive to Premium members – hotels, apartments, and flights at member prices
50% discount on Lomahuuto.fi advertisement fees
Free advertisement creation service on Lomahuuto.fi (€0)
Free membership in the Vaihtolomat.fi service
30% discount on exchange fees in the Vaihtolomat.fi service
300 holiday credits to the Vaihtolomat.fi wallet
Lifetime access to Premium Holiday Club or for as long as the member owns the timeshare week linked to the membership.
Membership Duration and Renewal Bronze and Gold memberships are fixed-term (24 months / 60 months). Platinum membership is lifetime, subject to the restrictions stated above. Annual membership fees must be paid by the due date. Failure to pay the membership fee will result in suspension of membership benefits until payment is made. The Service Provider may terminate the membership if membership fees remain unpaid within a reasonable time despite a reminder.
4.1 Upgrading Membership to a Higher Level A member has the right to upgrade their membership at any time during its validity period to the next membership level. The upgrade is carried out by paying the price difference between the target level and the member’s current level.
The upgrade does not reset the remaining membership period; the benefits of the higher level take effect immediately upon payment.
For fixed-term memberships (Bronze and Gold), the original expiry date remains unchanged unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upgrading to Platinum membership makes the membership lifetime in accordance with these terms.
Extra Week Entitlements An extra week entitlement means the right to book separately priced holiday weeks from the selection of the Service Provider or its partner.
Bronze: 1 extra week/year
Gold: 2 extra weeks/year
Platinum: 3 extra weeks/year
Booking extra weeks:
Bookings are made through the member website for available destinations and weeks.
Prices for extra weeks are typically €99–299/week, depending on the destination and time.
If a Premium Holiday Club member makes a booking by telephone or email instead of directly through the member website, a separate service fee (€32/booking) will be charged in accordance with the current price list.
Unused extra week entitlements are neither refunded in cash nor automatically carried over to subsequent years. Booked and paid extra weeks have no right of cancellation or exchange.
Vaihtolomat.fi and Holiday Credits Vaihtolomat.fi is a separate service that Premium Holiday Club members may use in accordance with these terms. Holiday credit is an internal currency of the Vaihtolomat.fi service, used partially or fully in bookings. Holiday credit is not money, is not refunded in cash, and cannot be cashed out.

Lomahuuto.fi Benefits Lomahuuto.fi is a separate advertisement platform where timeshare weeks can be sold or rented.
Benefits included in membership levels:
Bronze: 30% discount on Lomahuuto.fi advertisement fees
Gold: 30% discount on Lomahuuto.fi advertisement fees
Platinum:
50% discount on Lomahuuto.fi advertisement fees
Free advertisement creation service (€0) (service where the advertisement is created on behalf of the member)
Discounts and benefits apply only to the member’s own advertisements. Detailed pricing and practices are determined according to the current price list of the Lomahuuto.fi service.
Accommodation and Flight Search Service Exclusive to Premium Members All membership levels (Bronze, Gold, Platinum) include access to the accommodation and flight search service provided by Premium Holiday Club, intended exclusively for members. Through the service:
Members can search for and book hotels, apartments, and other accommodation.
Members can search for and book flights.
Prices are member prices and are based on real-time offers from partners and service providers.
The actual accommodation or flight contract is always concluded between the member and the accommodation provider, service provider, airline, or intermediary. TimeshareGlobalSolutions Limited is not a party to the accommodation or flight contract unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Membership, Membership Number, and Transfer Membership is registered with a membership number and the member’s personal details in the Premium Holiday Club customer register. If a timeshare week is linked to the membership, the membership may be transferred to a new owner under the following conditions:
A registration fee of €199 is charged for the transfer.
The original duration of the membership (Bronze/Gold) is not extended in connection with the transfer.
The lifetime right of Platinum membership continues for the new owner as long as the timeshare week linked to the membership is in their name and annual membership fees are paid.
Membership is not transferred automatically; the transfer must always be agreed in writing with the Service Provider.
9.1 Ownership of Multiple Timeshare Weeks and Membership Transfer If a member owns several timeshare weeks, the rental, resale, and other membership benefits related to Premium Holiday Club membership may be used for all timeshare weeks owned by the member as long as the membership is valid and membership fees are paid.
When a member sells one or more of their timeshare weeks, they must decide at the time of sale whether:
the Premium Holiday Club membership is transferred with the sold timeshare week to the new owner, or
the member retains the membership for use with their other owned timeshare weeks.
Premium Holiday Club membership is not automatically linked to the new buyer without separate agreement, nor is membership granted free of charge to the new customer solely on the basis of the timeshare purchase. Any transfer of membership to a new owner requires the transfer procedure confirmed by the Service Provider and payment of the fees according to the current price list.
Member Website and Communication Premium Holiday Club maintains a member website to which the member receives login credentials. On the member website, the member can:
view their own information
make bookings or booking requests
utilise membership benefits
receive newsletters, changes to terms, and offers
The Service Provider uses the member website and email as the primary communication channels. The member is responsible for ensuring that their contact details are up to date.

11. Liabilities and Limitations of Liability
11.1 Liability for Services TimeshareGlobalSolutions Limited is responsible for providing the Premium Holiday Club service in accordance with these membership terms. The Service Provider is not liable for:
the content, quality, defects, or cancellations of services provided by accommodation providers, airlines, car rental companies, or other third parties
changes, prices, or availability made by third parties
contracts that the member enters into directly with external service providers.
11.2 Limitation of Liability Related to Timeshare Transactions TimeshareGlobalSolutions Limited is not liable for legal or financial obligations related to timeshare transactions. The Service Provider is not responsible, for example, for:
the content of timeshare sale agreements
registrations related to the transfer of ownership
payment of transfer tax or other taxes
maintenance fees, usage fees, or other costs related to timeshare ownership
fulfilment of the terms of the sale or disputes between the contracting parties.
All matters related to timeshare transactions, such as taxation, registrations, payments, and contractual obligations, are the sole responsibility of the parties to the transaction (seller and buyer) and any broker in accordance with their role. Premium Holiday Club membership does not alter the statutory obligations related to timeshare transactions nor release the membership holder from them.
Changes to Terms TimeshareGlobalSolutions Limited updates and amends the Premium Holiday Club service and these membership terms for business, statutory, and technical reasons. Changes take effect:
on the date announced on the member website and/or by email, or
at the beginning of the next membership fee period if the change concerns pricing or membership fees.
Membership is deemed to continue under the amended terms if the member uses the service or does not terminate the membership before the change takes effect.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Finnish law shall apply to Premium Holiday Club membership to the extent that it does not conflict with mandatory consumer protection legislation or mandatory legislation of the company’s country of registration. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall primarily be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in relation to the Service Provider’s domicile or the member’s place of residence in accordance with Finnish law.
