Additionally, TimeshareGlobalSolutions Limited offers the service of building custom member websites for client companies to facilitate bookings of extra weeks, hotels, and flights. This allows client companies' customers to utilize VIP Club benefits directly from the client company's own member websites.

Extra Weeks and Other Bookings:

• Members have the opportunity to inquire and book holiday accommodation weeks (extra weeks) at a price starting at €99/week, the number of weeks to be booked is tied to the level of membership.

• A €32 service fee is added to all extra week prices and other bookings made through the VIP Club member service.

• Other hotel and flight bookings worldwide can be made without restriction through the dedicated member site.

Timeshare Resale and Rental:

• The seller does not commit to buying or renting privately or company-owned timeshares without a separate sales contract or rental agreement.

• The seller does not guarantee the sale of timeshares or memberships. A 10% commission is charged on the final sale price.

• Owners of timeshares or memberships listed for resale are solely responsible for maintenance fees and other costs until the ownership is transferred. Resale may be more challenging, for example, if the timeshare is already rented or deposited in an exchange system.
